Summary Description
- To study the relationships between glass composition, resulting glass structure and final fiber performance
- To develop the use of new dopants and co-dopants into glass matrices in the DND process as dictated by the development roadmap
- Optimize the usage of dopants and the dopant levels
- Glass composition and element analysis with outside partne
Skills and Background
- Education: preferably Masters degree or higher
- Years of work experience: Preferably at least a few years of work experience
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural team
- Knowledge relevant to fiber development and manufacturing will be considered as an advantage
- Extensive knowledge in nanoparticle science will be considered as an advantage
